職位描述：

1、將一線業(yè)務運營情況通過數(shù)據(jù)分析及時總結(jié)，梳理，提煉，并將結(jié)果反饋；

2、分析會員積分政策存在的問題，結(jié)合行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，指導會員積分策略的優(yōu)化；

3、分析會員行為數(shù)據(jù)，將會員合理分層，同時結(jié)合會員策略，提出會員引導優(yōu)化建議；

4、負責會員畫像、會員標簽及其算法研究，對會員標簽精準度負責，對會員交叉營銷和精準營銷提出建議；

5、基于會員主題營銷活動策劃，根據(jù)活動執(zhí)行效果形成分析報告。

任職要求：

1、大學本科及以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計學等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先；

2、具有會員分類、產(chǎn)品研究與積分策略的分析模型設計能力；

3、具備良好的中（英）文寫作與閱讀能力。
