工作職責(zé)：

1、負責(zé)人力資源、培訓(xùn)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域統(tǒng)計分析工作，按時完成相關(guān)分析報告；

2、完善數(shù)據(jù)分析指標體系，推進數(shù)據(jù)分析工作模板化標準化實現(xiàn)；

3、完成上級交待的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求：

1、大學(xué)本科，1年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗；

2、精通excel，常規(guī)函數(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)透視表、圖表制作、插件使用等，擅長用ppt撰寫分析報告；

3、了解至少一種數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件，能通過sql完成常規(guī)取數(shù)；

4、工作嚴謹有責(zé)任心，自學(xué)能力強，有一定業(yè)務(wù)理解能力，可獨立開展工作解決問題。
