SPSS詳細(xì)操作 兩個樣本均數(shù)比較的t檢驗

一、問題與數(shù)據(jù)

隨機抽取20只小鼠分配到A、B兩個不同飼料組。每組 10 只，喂養(yǎng)一定時間后，測得鼠肝中鐵的含量(μg/g)，數(shù)據(jù)如下。試問不同飼料對鼠肝中鐵的含量有無影響？

二、對數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析

整個數(shù)據(jù)資料涉及2組，每組隨機抽取10個數(shù)據(jù)，測量指標(biāo)為鼠肝中鐵的含量，因此屬于兩組設(shè)計的定量資料。

要知道不同飼料對鼠肝中鐵的含量有無影響，則要比較2組間的總體均數(shù)差值是否有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。若數(shù)據(jù)滿足獨立性、樣本均數(shù)服從正態(tài)分布、兩個總體方差齊，可選用兩個樣本均數(shù)比較的t檢驗。

三、SPSS分析方法

1.數(shù)據(jù)錄入SPSS

2.選擇Analyze→Compare Means→Independent-Sample T Test

3.選項設(shè)置

（1）主對話框設(shè)置：將分析變量送入Test Variable(s) 框中→將分組變量送入Grouping Variable(s) 框中

（2）Define Groups設(shè)置：定義兩組的編號分別為A、B→Continue→OK

四、結(jié)果解讀

Group Statistics表格給出了兩組鼠肝中鐵含量的部分統(tǒng)計信息，包括組別（Group）、數(shù)量（N）、均數(shù)（Mean）、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差（Std. Deviation）和樣本均數(shù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)誤（Std. Error Mean）。

Independent Samples Test 表格給出了統(tǒng)計檢驗的結(jié)果。

（1）首先看對兩組數(shù)據(jù)方差齊性檢驗的結(jié)果（Levene’s Test for Equality of Variances）：F值=8.246，P（Sig.）=0.010，說明兩組數(shù)據(jù)方差不齊。

（2）此時的t檢驗應(yīng)當(dāng)使用校正后的t’檢驗（即Equal variances not assumed一列）：t’值=2.109，P=0.054。（若方差齊，則使用t檢驗，即Equal variances assumed一列的結(jié)果）

五、撰寫結(jié)論

A飼料組鼠肝中鐵含量為（2.40 ± 1.09）μg/g，B飼料組鼠肝中鐵含量為（1.58 ± 0.56）μg/g。尚不能認(rèn)為兩組飼料對鼠肝中鐵含量影響的差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（t’=2.109，P=0.054）。
