崗位職責：

1、負責魅力惠日常數(shù)據(jù)需求支持，為業(yè)務發(fā)展提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。
2、負責魅力惠數(shù)據(jù)報表體系建立，通過業(yè)務需求的梳理，完善魅力惠數(shù)據(jù)報表體系。
3、負責魅力惠數(shù)據(jù)模型建立和產(chǎn)品化。
4、通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)魅力惠異常點，并提供分析結(jié)論。

任職要求：
1、本科以上學歷，3年及以上工作經(jīng)驗。
2、具備較強的邏輯思維能力，和獨立思考能力，能快速融入業(yè)務中去。
3、具備較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，有數(shù)據(jù)分析，挖掘，建模的經(jīng)驗和能力，能通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務存在的問題。
4、熟悉sql、shell，如了解數(shù)據(jù)分析語言更好，例如R語言，具有深厚的統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等相關(guān)知識，熟悉數(shù)據(jù)倉庫和數(shù)據(jù)。
5、熟悉淘寶數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)，了解淘寶數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)環(huán)境。
