大數(shù)據(jù)時代下的刀具管理技術(shù)具有重要的意義

在實際應(yīng)用中會產(chǎn)生大量的數(shù)據(jù)，如每把刀的切削數(shù)據(jù)和加工效果統(tǒng)計、加工過程中的狀態(tài)變化數(shù)據(jù)，這些數(shù)據(jù)對加工質(zhì)量提高、刀具改進和成本控制等過程的決策具有重要的意義。


刀具在應(yīng)用中產(chǎn)生的大數(shù)據(jù)及其存儲、統(tǒng)計和分析，將是刀具管理系統(tǒng)真正能夠在復(fù)雜制造環(huán)境中發(fā)揮作用的關(guān)鍵。


刀具管理系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)集可以分為4類。


（1）刀具基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。這部分的數(shù)據(jù)主要由刀具廠商提供，包含刀具、刀柄、配件的幾何信息，以及按照材料分類推薦的基礎(chǔ)切削用量，可由刀具制造商進行更新和維護。


（2）刀具物流數(shù)據(jù)。用戶生產(chǎn)過程中刀具采購、庫存、消耗的數(shù)據(jù)，由PLM和ERP系統(tǒng)進行管理和維護。


（3）刀具切削數(shù)據(jù)。用于向工藝制定和生產(chǎn)計劃等工藝準備環(huán)節(jié)推薦機床-刀具匹配下的切削參數(shù)，該類數(shù)據(jù)實際基于刀具制造商提供的基礎(chǔ)切削用量，結(jié)合零件的結(jié)構(gòu)特征，通過加工切削性能評價基準試樣后優(yōu)化的數(shù)據(jù)，該類數(shù)據(jù)是一種機床動態(tài)性能約束型數(shù)據(jù)，有刀具管理系統(tǒng)進行個性化管理。


（4）刀具應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)。主要指刀具在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的各類數(shù)據(jù)，目前該類數(shù)據(jù)在生產(chǎn)中不進行記錄和管理。這類數(shù)據(jù)一部分由機床的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生，如瞬時切削載荷（功率、電流），可由機床CNC系統(tǒng)提供輸出接口，進行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計；刀具磨損和切削狀態(tài)評價類的數(shù)據(jù)，如刀具磨損和表面質(zhì)量等數(shù)據(jù)可以由操作人員進行記錄統(tǒng)計，或在機床刀庫等處安裝傳感器進行分類統(tǒng)計。刀具應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)會在生產(chǎn)過程中持續(xù)產(chǎn)生，形成大數(shù)據(jù)，該類數(shù)據(jù)的處理將是刀具管理技術(shù)未來的發(fā)展趨勢。
