崗位職責(zé)：

1. 參與需求調(diào)研、分析并需求歸檔。

2. 負(fù)責(zé)撰寫專題分析報(bào)告。

3. 設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建分析模型。

 

任職要求：

1．統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等數(shù)據(jù)分析相關(guān)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷。

2. 4年及以上數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有保險(xiǎn)數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；有咨詢公司數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。

3．熟練使用SPSS、SAS、R等任意一種數(shù)據(jù)分析挖掘軟件。

4. 對(duì)主成分分析、因子分析、分類聚類、關(guān)聯(lián)分析、回歸分析、時(shí)間序列模型、方差分解有深入了解。

5. 具有良好的數(shù)據(jù)和業(yè)務(wù)的敏感性，優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)分析技能，擅長與內(nèi)部及外部合作團(tuán)隊(duì)交流溝通，具有較好的分析總結(jié)能力和數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告呈現(xiàn)能力。
