職位描述：
   1. 負(fù)責(zé)大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘（BDM）的算法研究和工程實現(xiàn)；
   2. 負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)行業(yè)前沿技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢，跟蹤國際最新算法發(fā)展方向和相應(yīng)技術(shù)。
   任職資格：
   1. 畢業(yè)于211或985院校、統(tǒng)招碩士以上學(xué)歷，計算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
   2. 了解當(dāng)前大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的方法，能夠跟蹤最新的研究方向；
   3. 有圖像處理/信號處理/模式識別/統(tǒng)計分析/自然語言處理的相關(guān)背景知識；
   4. 熟練掌握Python/Matlab/C++，有一定的軟件開發(fā)項目經(jīng)驗；
   5. 能夠流暢閱讀英文文獻(xiàn)
   6. 有相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷或?qū)嶒炇冶尘皟?yōu)先；
   7. 有LR/GMM/SVM/CRF/MaxEnt/HMM/LDA/DNN/CNN/RNN的研究背景；
   8. 能夠在TensorFlow/Torch/Theano/Keras/Mxnet/Currennt上開展實驗者優(yōu)先。
