崗位職責：
1. 協(xié)助銷售總監(jiān)進行各類銷售數(shù)據(jù)的制作、分析和提案，并確保數(shù)字的準確性。
2. 以數(shù)據(jù)為依托預制精準營銷方案，對營銷數(shù)據(jù)進行分析和評估，提供數(shù)據(jù)報表和改善建議；
3. 通過海量的用戶數(shù)據(jù)，深入挖掘業(yè)務需求，開發(fā)各類營銷數(shù)據(jù)項目，從而達到精準營銷；
4. 理解業(yè)務的方向和戰(zhàn)略，開發(fā)有效的數(shù)據(jù)模型，形成分析報告，提供數(shù)據(jù)支持，確保準確性、實用性及可衡量性；

崗位要求：
1、 本科以上學歷，信息管理、計算機、統(tǒng)計學、應用數(shù)學、計量經(jīng)濟學相關專業(yè)畢業(yè)；
2、 1-3年數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗。熟悉數(shù)據(jù)分析的一般流程、常用方法、具備數(shù)據(jù)項目實踐經(jīng)驗，至少熟悉使用一種數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件；
3、 具有極強數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和商業(yè)洞察力，良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析解決能力和溝通能力；
4、 工作態(tài)度嚴謹認真，責任心強，有較強的執(zhí)行能力和團隊協(xié)作能力；
5、 擁有海量數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)處理經(jīng)驗，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關背景的優(yōu)先考慮；
6、 有過中型以上企業(yè)的相關從業(yè)經(jīng)歷。
