將兩個(gè)excel工作表的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行同步

我們經(jīng)常會(huì)在使用excel工作簿的時(shí)候制作兩個(gè)一摸一樣的，一般情況下我們是通過(guò)復(fù)制和粘貼來(lái)操作的，如果有比較少的單元格需要改變數(shù)據(jù)的話，我們可以一個(gè)一個(gè)的修改，但是如果要是有多個(gè)單元格需要改變內(nèi)容怎么辦呢？我們只需要將兩個(gè)excel工作表的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行同步即可。

1、首先我們需要新建立兩個(gè)工作簿，然后把它們分別命名為book1.xls和book2.xls。

2、然后打開(kāi)這兩個(gè)excel工作簿，在book2.xls的A1單元格中寫(xiě)等號(hào)，按住shift鍵，然后單擊book1.xls的A1單元格，公式自動(dòng)寫(xiě)成為：=[Book1.xls]Sheet1!$A$1，這個(gè)是我們前面所說(shuō)的使用excel絕對(duì)引用，然后把$號(hào)去掉，通過(guò)復(fù)制單元格公式功能把公式復(fù)制到book2.xls中，如果有多個(gè)excel工作表，都可以按照此方法。

通過(guò)上面的操作以后，我們就將兩個(gè)excel工作表的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行同步了，我們需要注意的是，我們最后不要再次改變excel工作表的位置了，如果改變以后，再次打開(kāi)會(huì)提示我們的，我們需要點(diǎn)擊更新重新查找一個(gè)另外一個(gè)工作簿。
