用DB函數(shù)計算商品房4年后每年的折舊額

DB函數(shù)主要是用于計算通過固定余額遞減法來計算某資產(chǎn)在一定時間內(nèi)的折舊值，其語法結(jié)構(gòu)為：DB（cost,salvage，life,period,month），各參數(shù)的含義如下：

cost參數(shù)：該參數(shù)用于指定資產(chǎn)原值。

salvage參數(shù)：該參數(shù)用于指定資產(chǎn)在折舊期末的價值，即折舊值。

life參數(shù)：該參數(shù)用于指定折舊期限。

period參數(shù)：該參數(shù)用于指定需要計算折舊值的期間。

month參數(shù)：該參數(shù)第一年的月份數(shù)，如果省略該參數(shù)，則系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)其值為12。

如在1996年購買了一套價值為800 000元的商品房，使用到2008年12月份時，估計其資產(chǎn)殘值為120 000元，下面用DB函數(shù)計算商品房4年后每年的折舊額。

1、打開“房產(chǎn)折舊”工作簿，在A2：C2單元格區(qū)域中輸入房產(chǎn)價值、使用壽命和資產(chǎn)殘值數(shù)據(jù)，然后選擇C5單元格，輸入公式“=DB（$A$2，$C$2，$B$2，B5，12）”。

2、按excel快捷鍵【Ctrl+Enter】，單元格顯法出折舊值，拖動C5單元格填充柄將公式復(fù)制到C6：C13單元格區(qū)域。

我們在使用DB函數(shù)計算商品房4年后每年的折舊額的時候，我們要知道固定余額遞減法是根據(jù)固定資產(chǎn)的估計使用年限，并使用公式計算出其折舊率，每一年以固定資產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)有價值，乘以折舊率來計算其當(dāng)年的折舊額。其公式為：折舊額=（資產(chǎn)原值一前期折舊總值）*折舊率。
