把數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)制作成Excel數(shù)據(jù)透視表

如果我們?cè)谑褂肊xcel的時(shí)候，需要把數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)制作成Excel數(shù)據(jù)透視表，我們?cè)撛趺床僮髂?？如果?shù)據(jù)在數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中，我們不用把數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入到工作表中，我們可以直接以數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的全部數(shù)據(jù)或者部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)制作數(shù)據(jù)透視表，而且不用打開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)文件。

這些數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)可以是任何一種已知類(lèi)型的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，比如Access、SQL Server、Oracle等。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)類(lèi)型的不同，可以靈活采用不同的方法。但是有一個(gè)方法是通用的，這里不再介紹使用Microsoft Query工具創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)透視表的具體方法和步驟。

圖1所示是Access教據(jù)庫(kù)“銷(xiāo)售記錄.accdb”。其中的一個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)表“2010年4月”中保存著2010年4月份的銷(xiāo)售數(shù)據(jù)，現(xiàn)在要以這個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)表中的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)制作數(shù)據(jù)透視表。以便對(duì)銷(xiāo)售進(jìn)行各種統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。

1、新建一個(gè)Excel工作簿。

2、單擊“數(shù)據(jù)”選項(xiàng)卡，在“獲取外部數(shù)據(jù)”功能組中單擊“自Access”按鈕，如圖2所示。

3、此時(shí)會(huì)打開(kāi)“選取數(shù)據(jù)源”對(duì)話(huà)框，從保存有Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)“銷(xiāo)售記錄.accdb”的文件夾中選擇該文件，如圖3所示。

4、單擊“打開(kāi)”按鈕，將打開(kāi)“選擇表格”對(duì)話(huà)框，如圖4所示。

5、選擇“2010年4月”表格，單擊“確定”按鈕，打開(kāi)“導(dǎo)入數(shù)據(jù)”對(duì)話(huà)框，選擇“數(shù)據(jù)透視表”單選按鈕，如圖5所示。

6、單擊“確定”按鈕，即可得到以選擇的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表數(shù)據(jù)制作的數(shù)據(jù)透視表。 

在把數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)中的數(shù)據(jù)制作成Excel數(shù)據(jù)透視表時(shí)，我們不需要打開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，只需要參照上面的步驟就可以直接制作出來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)透視圖了，我們使用起來(lái)也很方便了。
