崗位職責：
1、支持數(shù)據(jù)服務項目的執(zhí)行，參與處理并分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運營數(shù)據(jù)、網(wǎng)絡用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)、或網(wǎng)絡廣告和營銷推廣數(shù)據(jù)，并承擔數(shù)據(jù)分析報告撰寫
2、研究和分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)用戶行為，以及網(wǎng)絡營銷和網(wǎng)絡廣告數(shù)據(jù)，建立數(shù)據(jù)分析方法和模型；
3、負責客戶對定制數(shù)據(jù)的需求，參與數(shù)據(jù)數(shù)理，建立算法支持和解決方案，提供算法說明文檔；
4、對數(shù)據(jù)進行定期檢驗，保證數(shù)據(jù)的準確性、穩(wěn)定性、全面性；監(jiān)測和追蹤數(shù)據(jù)異常波動；負責建立和優(yōu)化公司的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)字典

任職要求：
1、統(tǒng)計學、數(shù)學、社會學、市場營銷學、廣告學等相關專業(yè)大學本科（含）以上學歷；
2、2年（含）以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關公司或市場調研機構工作經(jīng)驗；有志于在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)研究行業(yè)發(fā)展，具有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)運營分析、用戶行為分析或在線營銷分析等經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
3、精通1種以上統(tǒng)計分析工具軟件，如SPSS、SAS，熟練使用EXCEL等工具；
4、熟練使用SQL語言，進行Oracle數(shù)據(jù)庫查詢和計算處理；
5、有較強的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和數(shù)據(jù)邏輯性；
6、良好的邏輯分析能力和文檔寫作能力；
7、具備較強的工作責任心，保持較強的上進心和解決問題的能力，能夠承受較大壓力。
