主要職責(zé)：
數(shù)據(jù)流程分析，協(xié)助營(yíng)運(yùn)部門改善流程，
提供數(shù)據(jù)源分析，及相應(yīng)報(bào)表工作，
提供系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案，
熟練運(yùn)用Excel函數(shù)功能、PPT 等等
有熱線中心或相關(guān)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)2年以上者，優(yōu)先錄用。

具體崗位介紹如下：
Position Summary
The main component of this position includes gathering data and compiling reports required to support the operation. This will include daily, weekly and month performance management reports, reports required by the client and other adhoc requests. This role may also support data uploads on a regular basis Must have good attention to detail, delivering high quality reporting for the customer satisfaction team in Lincoln.

Duties and Responsibilities
To provide general administrative support to the Project supervisor, client and Percepta business partners
Acting as an office based point of contact for data and reporting queries
Producing in-depth survey analysis based on request of client
Ensure accurate information is input to the survey database are initiated as appropriate.
Ensure accurate data is included for departmental statistics and workload analysis.
Develop an excellent working relationship with the Ford network, where required.
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Education
Preferably Bachelor  education.

Experience
Two years experience in customer care, experience within a CRC environment advantageous.
Some familiarity and understanding of databases is desirable.
Understanding of or previous experience in the automotive industry advantageous.

Skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Knowledge in Java or C++ or Python
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Proven ability to learn new skills quickly
Advanced organizational and time management skills.
Good mathematical skills.

Other
Languages – Mandarin fluent, English advantageous.
Availability of 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday 5 days per week (to work a maximum of 40 hours per week).
