崗位職責：
1.根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)需求，為產(chǎn)品，用戶，活動，商品銷售提供數(shù)據(jù)分析報告；
2. 利用數(shù)據(jù)資源，分析客戶的行為特征與消費屬性變化,對整體業(yè)務(wù)開展及營銷變化提供數(shù)據(jù)支持等；
3. 協(xié)助對業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析建模；
4. 進行各項轉(zhuǎn)化率、內(nèi)容偏好、功能需求、訪問路徑等方面的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析。
任職要求：
1、計算機、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學本科及以上學歷；
2、3年以上的電商平臺數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮；  
3、具備數(shù)理統(tǒng)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，熟練掌握Office辦公軟件，Excel表格函數(shù)應(yīng)用較熟，熟悉常用的數(shù)據(jù)庫和SQL，邏輯性強，對數(shù)字敏感，思維縝密，具有一定的數(shù)據(jù)建模能力；
4、擅長進行數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘,熟悉BI領(lǐng)域，數(shù)據(jù)倉庫產(chǎn)品，數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具；
5、敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)觀察和分析能力，具備利用數(shù)據(jù)分析解決商業(yè)、市場營銷、風險問題的能力。
