崗位職責(zé)： 

1、 進(jìn)行銷售及逾期數(shù)據(jù)的提取和整理，定期發(fā)送日?qǐng)?bào)、周報(bào)、月報(bào)等； 

2、 進(jìn)行銷售人員績(jī)效的統(tǒng)計(jì)及核算； 

3、 協(xié)助完善公司管理報(bào)表體系，包括但不限于全流程關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)、全流程時(shí)效、PQR報(bào)表、盈利分析報(bào)表等； 

4、 協(xié)助開展不定期的專題分析，為公司運(yùn)營(yíng)及產(chǎn)品政策調(diào)整提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐； 

5、 需要協(xié)助完成的其他數(shù)據(jù)分析工作。 

任職要求： 

1、 本科及以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計(jì)、金融、會(huì)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)； 

2、 2年以上數(shù)據(jù)分析或財(cái)務(wù)分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有數(shù)據(jù)敏感性； 

3、 通過CFA、CPA全部或部分科目的優(yōu)先； 

4、熟練使用Excel函數(shù)、數(shù)據(jù)透視表等功能。
