職位職能：
1、作為項(xiàng)目成員獨(dú)立完成基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/分析的商業(yè)咨詢項(xiàng)目的部分模塊工作；
2、參與前期項(xiàng)目調(diào)研和項(xiàng)目建議書的撰寫；
3、發(fā)現(xiàn)新客戶和現(xiàn)有客戶在數(shù)據(jù)挖掘項(xiàng)目上的新需求；
4、獨(dú)立完成客戶的相關(guān)培訓(xùn)并輔助項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施與執(zhí)行；
職位要求：
1、3年以上數(shù)據(jù)挖掘/分析相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，本科以上學(xué)歷；
2、熟練使用SAS/Base進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理、數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)備、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析等工作；
3、敏銳的數(shù)據(jù)觀察和分析能力，具備利用數(shù)據(jù)分析解決商業(yè)、市場營銷、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問題的能力；
4、具備一定的市場營銷、客戶關(guān)系管理相關(guān)知識(shí)；
5、工作認(rèn)真、細(xì)致、踏實(shí)；
6、有電信/金融/零售/制造行業(yè)應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
