數(shù)據(jù)分析實用方法-QQ模型 

數(shù)據(jù)分析師進行數(shù)據(jù)分析時，都可以從數(shù)量（Quantity）、質(zhì)量（Quality）這兩大角度進行分析，簡稱為QQ模型，也稱為QQ模型分析方法。QQ模型是數(shù)據(jù)分析中一種常用的分析方法。

第一個Q，就是數(shù)量（Quantity），也是我們"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"常說的絕對數(shù)指標，例如收入、用戶數(shù)、渠道數(shù)、GDP、人口數(shù)等絕對數(shù)指標，主要用來衡量事物發(fā)展的規(guī)模大小情況；
第二個Q，就是質(zhì)量（Quality），也是我們"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"常說的相對數(shù)指標，例如利潤率、留存率、覆蓋率、人均GDP、人均消費等相對數(shù)指標，主要用來衡量事物發(fā)展的質(zhì)量高低情況；
質(zhì)量又可以分為廣度和深度兩個角度：
廣度是指群體覆蓋的范圍，例如：留存率、覆蓋率、滲透率、付費率等；
深度是指群體參與的深度，例如：人均消費額、人均GDP、人均在線時長等；

 

例如分析業(yè)務時，先分析業(yè)務規(guī)模是否達到一定的規(guī)模？如果業(yè)務規(guī)模夠大，"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"可以再分析質(zhì)量高不高？質(zhì)量不高就可以從提升質(zhì)量角度入手。收入與利潤率、用戶數(shù)與留存率等結合分析，都是QQ模型的經(jīng)典應用。
