　"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"在用Excel錄入完大量數(shù)據(jù)后，不可避免地會(huì)產(chǎn)生許多錯(cuò)誤。通常多數(shù)朋友都是一手拿著原始數(shù)據(jù)，一手指著計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕，手工進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)，這效率不高還累人。為此，筆者特向大家介紹兩種輕松且高效的數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)方法。

　　今天先看第一種——語音校驗(yàn)法

　　"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"使用Excel的“文本到語音”功能，將Excel工作表中的數(shù)據(jù)讀出來給我們聽，這樣就可讓耳朵和眼睛并行工作，以輕松實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的校驗(yàn)。具體操作如下：在Excel工作表中選定需要校驗(yàn)的數(shù)據(jù)，執(zhí)行“工具→語音→文本到語音”命令，打開“文本到語音”工具欄(見圖)。

　　然后，根據(jù)自己的需要，單擊工具欄上的“按行”或“按列”按鈕來設(shè)定朗讀順序。接著，準(zhǔn)備好原始數(shù)據(jù)，再單擊“朗讀單元格”按鈕即可開始數(shù)據(jù)校驗(yàn)。

　　不過，有些用戶可能會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的計(jì)算機(jī)只能朗讀數(shù)字或英文單詞，而不能朗讀中文。這該怎么辦？別急!此時(shí)，你還需要做點(diǎn)小小的設(shè)置。打開控制面板，雙擊其中的“語音”項(xiàng)。在“文本→語音轉(zhuǎn)換”選項(xiàng)卡中將“語音選 擇”由“Microsoft Sam”改為“Microsoft Simplified Chinese”即可。再試試，是不是中文也可以讀出來了？

　　當(dāng)然，也有用戶可能會(huì)問，能不能在錄入時(shí)就通過語音來校驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)呀？行，沒問題!單擊工具欄上的“按回車鍵開始朗讀”。此時(shí)，當(dāng)你"數(shù)據(jù)分析師"在單元格中錄入數(shù)據(jù)并回車后，Excel就會(huì)立即將數(shù)據(jù)讀出來了。
