Excel數(shù)據(jù)排序很簡單 四種方法任你選

Excel排序非常方便，在排名次時用起來特別順手。筆者(數(shù)據(jù)分析師)現(xiàn)總結利用Execl排名時的四種操作方法:

把成績錄入完后，使用“自動求和”功能計算出每個人的總分，并單擊“數(shù)據(jù)” →排序，以“總分”為主“關鍵字”按“降序”排列。接著在H1單元格輸入“名次”二字(如圖1)。

　　一、 序列填充法

　　1.“數(shù)據(jù)分析師”在H2單元格中輸入1，然后把鼠指針指向H2單元格的四框上單擊，讓H2單元格為選中狀態(tài)，或者單擊一下其它任意單元格，再返回來單擊H2單元格(不然接下來的填充→序列為灰色不可用)。

　　2.查出總共多少人。

　　3.單擊“編輯”→填充→序列(如圖2)，在打開的“序列”對話框中，“序列產(chǎn)生在”項選“列”；“類型”項選“等差序列”；步長值1；終止值輸入總人數(shù)12；最后單擊“確定”按鈕完成(如圖3)。

　　二、 托選填充法

　　1.左鍵拖選法:

　　.“數(shù)據(jù)分析師”在H2單元格中輸入1，H3單元格中輸入2，然后用鼠標把H2和H3單元格拖選上(如圖4)，接著把鼠標指針指向H3單元格右下角，當鼠標指針變成黑色實線加號時，按住左鍵向下拖動到H13單元格后放手。

　　2.右鍵拖選法:

　　.“數(shù)據(jù)分析師”在H2單元格中輸入1，把鼠標指針指向H2單元格右下角，當鼠標指針變成黑色實線加號時，按住右鍵向下拖動到H13單元格后放手，這時屏幕上會彈出一個快捷菜單(如圖5)，左鍵單擊“以序列方式填充”(也可以單擊“序列”項，再按照序列填充法完成)。
