阿里巴巴曾經(jīng)公開表示：“電商的核心競爭優(yōu)勢在起步階段靠價格，發(fā)展階段靠服務，成熟階段則必須靠大數(shù)據(jù)?！倍谠诮裉炫e行的“2014數(shù)據(jù)中心與大數(shù)據(jù)峰會”上，中國聯(lián)通信息化與電子商務事業(yè)部副總經(jīng)理范濟安認為：“大數(shù)據(jù)應用成為未來運營商新型商業(yè)模式的關鍵支點?！?/span>

據(jù)了解，中國聯(lián)通在大數(shù)據(jù)方面的發(fā)展規(guī)劃為4個階段，分別為集中集采、初試Hadoop、大數(shù)據(jù)平臺和開放共贏。

據(jù)介紹，集中集采主要是指傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的建設，實現(xiàn)全國數(shù)據(jù)集中以及進行IT化建設。

而初試Hadoop階段主要是進行海量數(shù)據(jù)集采、單應用Hadoop集群和數(shù)據(jù)倉庫引入MPP。

在大數(shù)據(jù)平臺建設階段，主要是應用共享式大數(shù)據(jù)中心、Oracle、MPP、Hadoop混搭架構、統(tǒng)一運營和服務。

所謂開放共贏，“主要是進行開放式大數(shù)據(jù)服務平臺、建設大數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)圈?！?/span>

為此，中國聯(lián)通將加強數(shù)據(jù)質量管理，整合數(shù)據(jù)治理架構?！皹嫿ㄒ惑w化大數(shù)據(jù)憑條與應用挖掘能力、建立大數(shù)據(jù)分析團隊，提升應用轉化能力?！?/span>
