崗位職責：

1）應用統(tǒng)計建模方法，開發(fā)各類分析方法及模型工具，以實現(xiàn)對業(yè)務的深入分析；

2）建立并保持對行業(yè)，產(chǎn)品，和用戶的深度理解；

3）對業(yè)務過程和結(jié)果，給出分析建議，并推動實施；

4）對業(yè)務趨勢，給出分析建議，推動決策。

任職要求：

1）具有業(yè)務敏感度，反應迅速，能夠良好溝通；

2）具有數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)倉庫建模的項目實踐經(jīng)驗；

3）3年及以上數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品、運營分析經(jīng)驗；

4）熟悉R、SAS、SPSS等統(tǒng)計分析軟件，熟練使用 SQL、Hive等；

5）本科或以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計、計算機、運籌學等相關專業(yè)；
