主要工作職責：
負責基于經(jīng)紀業(yè)務(wù)交易顧問級別，以及門店級別的數(shù)據(jù)采集和業(yè)務(wù)運營數(shù)據(jù)分析；
為門店店長，交易顧問以及網(wǎng)站業(yè)務(wù)后臺提供業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，并為其提供決策支持；
根據(jù)運營數(shù)據(jù)分析報告制定數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品修改及運營改進策略；
 
數(shù)據(jù)分析師崗位要求：
具備互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)站運營及數(shù)據(jù)分析3年及以上經(jīng)驗，熱愛二手車行業(yè)，抗壓能力強； 
對數(shù)據(jù)敏感，熱愛數(shù)據(jù)分析工作、責任感強、有較強的邏輯思維能力；
通過數(shù)據(jù)問題可以協(xié)助尋找解決方案，為部門提供建設(shè)性改進建議；
熟練使用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘等軟件或系統(tǒng)，具備PPT和方案撰寫能力；
具有優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)新、拼搏能力，積極進取、良好團隊合作精神和溝通能力；
具有醫(yī)療、教育、房產(chǎn)、汽車、經(jīng)紀等行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
