一、 商業(yè)智能的能夠干什么?

Reasoning——對(duì)于企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)和管理，能夠解決以下三方面的問題——確定問題的根源，明確問題的原因和影響，以及科學(xué)和合理得出相關(guān)的結(jié)論；

Planning ——基于相應(yīng)的情況和推理，確定一系列的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃；

Prediction ——基于嚴(yán)格的推理，得到對(duì)于未來的各種可能性的預(yù)期；

Problem solving ——通過相應(yīng)的問題特點(diǎn)，提供解決根本問題的方法和措施；

Abstraction ——通過具體的明細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)和場(chǎng)景，能夠生成一般性的概念，模式，觀點(diǎn)和結(jié)論等等；

Comprehend and understand ——能夠感知，辨別和確認(rèn)相應(yīng)的問題——特別是，對(duì)于現(xiàn)狀和問題條件的感知，以及從表面確定本質(zhì)問題等；
