做產(chǎn)品工作的你，可能來自各行各業(yè)，有設計出身的，有技術出身的，有市場出身的，亦有運營出身的，但是作為一名產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理，數(shù)據(jù)工作應該是基本功，昨天參加杭州站PMCAFF培訓，幾位老師也是強調(diào)了數(shù)據(jù)分析和數(shù)據(jù)工作的重要性，結合我近兩年的數(shù)據(jù)工作經(jīng)驗和自身感受，給初入行的產(chǎn)品童鞋普及普及一下數(shù)據(jù)分析&報表的基礎知識，共同進步。

一般來說，數(shù)據(jù)報表工作流程應該分為以下幾個步驟：

 


 一、埋點的目的

當然對于埋點的目標不同可能還有這樣的情況，如新版本上線的用戶行為和功能效果數(shù)據(jù)回歸驗證(幾種場景)：

1、新功能是否得到用戶的使用與認可?新版本增加的新功能，用戶點擊率怎樣?

2、用戶在核心使用路徑上是否順暢?有沒有因為交互體驗功能按鈕的設計而導致無效點擊增多?

3.、場運營效果的回歸?針對某個特別的日期進行了產(chǎn)品內(nèi)的廣告banner推廣或者促銷，該活動的效果如何?
