崗位職責：


1、梳理業(yè)務(wù)運營中產(chǎn)生的數(shù)據(jù)信息，多維度分析業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)化效率，尋找各環(huán)節(jié)業(yè)務(wù)瓶頸，研究業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)化漏斗；

2、分析集團各城市房地產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)變化，推演市場變化趨勢，并反饋支持運營作業(yè)；

3、盤點業(yè)務(wù)資源、統(tǒng)計渠道效率，指導運營資源投放；

4、BI（商務(wù)智能）報表系統(tǒng)維護開發(fā)，數(shù)據(jù)分析與IT結(jié)合，豐富數(shù)據(jù)可視化。
 
任職資格：

1、大學統(tǒng)招本科及以上學歷水平，211、985院校優(yōu)先，

2、2年以上的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作經(jīng)驗，有數(shù)據(jù)分析產(chǎn)品者優(yōu)先，

3、熟練使用Excel、PPT辦公軟件，掌握Spss、R、SQL等其他分析語言優(yōu)先，

4、對大數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)可視化有濃厚興趣或特長
