崗位職責(zé):
-負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)部數(shù)據(jù)收集、整理與分析，制作數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告
-對公司數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行有效監(jiān)督管控，能通過數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并迅速定位問題本質(zhì)，提供解決方案
-設(shè)計(jì)業(yè)務(wù)分析指標(biāo)，并與相關(guān)部門溝通完成開發(fā)，規(guī)劃運(yùn)營分析指標(biāo)體系，為運(yùn)營決策等方面提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和參考
-結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)作流程，通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘和分析，為公司管理層提供決策支持

任職資格:
-本科及以上學(xué)歷，相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)3年以上，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先
-較強(qiáng)的數(shù)據(jù)敏感性，開闊的思維和視野，擅于通過數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)律
-熟練使用office辦公軟件，熟悉SQL，掌握一種數(shù)據(jù)分析工具（SPSS/SAS/R/Matlab）
-有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先、產(chǎn)品運(yùn)營分析工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
-良好的溝通能力和邏輯思維能力，抗壓能力強(qiáng)
