“與其重新去建立新的中醫(yī)藥數(shù)據(jù)庫，不如先把幾千年來先祖?zhèn)兞粝碌膶氋F經(jīng)驗理解好、分析好、運用好?！北本┲嗅t(yī)醫(yī)院院長劉清泉24日在“2015健康中國與中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展高峰論壇”上表示，中醫(yī)藥至今發(fā)展了幾千年，事實上已經(jīng)形成了信息含量極其龐大、內(nèi)容極其豐富的“大數(shù)據(jù)庫”，只是這種“大數(shù)據(jù)”經(jīng)歷代中醫(yī)人不斷分析、總結(jié)、完善，形成了現(xiàn)在我們看到的中醫(yī)藥理論體系和各種寶貴經(jīng)驗的匯總，只是沒有用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段體現(xiàn)出來而已。

　　 “我們要把幾千年來先祖?zhèn)兞粝碌膶氋F經(jīng)驗理解好、分析好、運用好。具體而言，可以分為‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+中醫(yī)’和‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+中藥’兩部分?！眲⑶迦f，“就‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+中醫(yī)’而言，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)對中藥藥品質(zhì)量的提升，會有較大促進作用。像中藥飲片，講究道地藥材的產(chǎn)地，通過中藥信息化系統(tǒng)，可掃出每一類藥的產(chǎn)地原料等，甚至對每一種藥進行溯源。而‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+中醫(yī)’也確實可以優(yōu)化中醫(yī)院診治流程。”

　　 劉清泉認為，中醫(yī)看病的規(guī)律跟西醫(yī)不太一樣，不是拿著手機一對接就可以看，在中醫(yī)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”過程中這一點也需要思考和研究。
