中醫(yī)藥臨床大數(shù)據(jù)可從三方面挖掘


　“醫(yī)療健康大數(shù)據(jù)是未來大趨勢，各方需引起重視?！贝筮B理工大學(xué)管理科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院院長、系統(tǒng)工程研究所教授郭崇慧在“2015健康中國與中醫(yī)藥發(fā)展高峰論壇”上，談到“中醫(yī)藥大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的探索與實踐”時如此表示。

　　他指出，所謂大數(shù)據(jù)，是一個綜合性概念，包括因具備海量、多樣、快速變化等特征而難以進(jìn)行管理的數(shù)據(jù)，對這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲、處理、分析的技術(shù)，以及能夠通過分析這些數(shù)據(jù)獲得實用意義和觀點的人才和組織。而醫(yī)療健康大數(shù)據(jù)的概念非常廣泛，除了生命科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)外，還包括生物信息大數(shù)據(jù)，醫(yī)院醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)，區(qū)域衛(wèi)生服務(wù)平臺大數(shù)據(jù)，自我量化健康大數(shù)據(jù)、醫(yī)院研究與疾病監(jiān)測大數(shù)據(jù)，以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療大數(shù)據(jù)等等。

　　他認(rèn)為，中醫(yī)藥臨床大數(shù)據(jù)挖掘主要體現(xiàn)在HIS(醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng))數(shù)據(jù)挖掘、臨床用藥劑量分析、聯(lián)合用藥分析三個方面。

　　“根據(jù)對各種疾病聯(lián)合用藥網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的節(jié)點度以及社區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)的分析，可以針對不同疾病給出聯(lián)合用藥方案推薦。”
