As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for building analytic frameworks to address key strategic questions at RingCentral, working with our engineering and analyst teams to collect the necessary data and perform analysis, and collaborating with internal customers on interpreting and presenting findings to the executive staff and product management/marketing team.

Responsibilities:
- Understand and prioritize the needs of collecting product usage data.
- Define and deliver data tracking requirements for our mobile products.
- Lead/collaborate with engineering/analyst teams by setting priorities, brain-storming approaches, managing deliverables and validating findings.
- Develop and enhance analytical framework and reporting system.
- Provide analytic support for executive reporting and product decision-making.

Requirements:
- Distinctive problem solving and analytic skills with a high degree of analytical rigor.
- Comfort/experience working with large and/or complex data sets.
- Majored in Math, Computer Science, Statistic, or related field.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, Java, SQL, Excel, Shell/Perl/Python.
- Familiarity with Flurry, Leanplum, Google Analytics, Omniture, Tableau, SPSS, R, Hadoop is a plus.
- Proficient in English.
