崗位描述
1、實施互聯(lián)網金融產品相關的用戶行為分析，根據需求及業(yè)務目標進行數(shù)據分析，撰寫分析報告，為風險管理活動提供數(shù)據與分析支持；
2、設計數(shù)據分析需求、設計數(shù)據分析步驟、建立數(shù)據挖掘模型，協(xié)助完成基于數(shù)據的風險產品研發(fā)，包括但不限于評分模型、決策樹、規(guī)則引擎；
3、完成其他數(shù)據處理和分析工作。
崗位要求
1、碩士研究生及以上學歷，數(shù)學、統(tǒng)計、計算機、金融工程等相關專業(yè)；
2、1年以上數(shù)據分析及建模經驗；
3、熟練掌握SQL、SAS、SPSS、R、Python等分析工具；
4、有金融大數(shù)據處理或模型建立經驗者優(yōu)先；
5、較強的工作主動性及抗壓能力，工作細致耐心，有責任感，有較強的保密意識。
