美國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)公司Hortonworks即將在納斯達(dá)克IPO上市 估值已超過(guò)10億美元


       美國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)公司Hortonworks周一向美國(guó)證券交易委員會(huì)（SEC）提交招股說(shuō)明書(shū)，計(jì)劃在納斯達(dá)克證券市場(chǎng)掛牌交易。Hortonworks在此前的融資中估值已超過(guò)10億美元。


        Hortonworks是幫助客戶(hù)利用Hadoop開(kāi)源大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)管理數(shù)據(jù)的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)商。在今年3月份的融資中，這家公司獲得了由黑石集團(tuán)和 Passport Capital牽頭的1億美元融資，對(duì)公司的估值超過(guò)10億美元。當(dāng)時(shí)業(yè)內(nèi)人士便普遍預(yù)計(jì),Hortonworks將會(huì)上市。Hortonworks的招 股說(shuō)明書(shū)顯示，這家公司將募集1億美元資金。不過(guò)這一募資規(guī)模或僅為占位符，最終的募集資金數(shù)額可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)調(diào)整。Hortonworks并未透露新股發(fā)行 數(shù)量，以及發(fā)行價(jià)格。


            Hortonworks在今年7月擴(kuò)展了與惠普的戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系，與惠普整合了工程戰(zhàn)略。上述兩家公司還計(jì)劃在未來(lái)進(jìn)一步拓展合作。


           創(chuàng)建于2011年的Hortonworks表示，該公司打算把募集到的資金用于運(yùn)營(yíng)資本和其它一般企業(yè)用途。


          在截至2013年4月30日的財(cái)年中，Hortonworks的總支持訂閱和專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)營(yíng)收為1090萬(wàn)美元，高于上一財(cái)年的160萬(wàn)美元。今年前9月，Hortonworks的營(yíng)收為3340萬(wàn)美元，較上年同期增長(zhǎng)了一倍以上。


          Hortonworks目前是美國(guó)最大的兩家大數(shù)據(jù)公司之一。該公司的直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手Cloudera，此前也已募集到數(shù)億美元資金，估值達(dá)到10多 億美元。Hortonworks在創(chuàng)建之初得到了雅虎和Benchmark Capital的投資。這家公司迄今為止已累計(jì)募集到2.48億美元資金，雅虎所持股份為20%。
