崗位職責：
1.    基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)\電子商務\金融海量數(shù)據(jù)，分析買賣家用戶特征，開發(fā)各類保險信用模型，識別風險。
2.    建立消費者、商戶信用評分、授信模型體系，支持各類保險業(yè)務場景
3． 根據(jù)不同場景和產(chǎn)品形態(tài)，開發(fā)信用擔保保險產(chǎn)品政策，制定欺詐、風險控制等策略。
任職要求：
1. 本科以上，計算機、統(tǒng)計、金融等相關專業(yè)；2年以上互聯(lián)網(wǎng)或金融機構數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘工作經(jīng)驗。
2. 精通數(shù)據(jù)分析、挖掘方法，能熟練運用SAS/SPSS，R語言等挖掘工具和技能（至少精通一種）。 
3. 熟悉巴塞爾風險評估體系，熟悉金融風險控制，授信模型，貸后監(jiān)控等。
4. 熟悉Linux、Oracle等大型數(shù)據(jù)庫及分布式環(huán)境，能通過SQL熟練操作數(shù)據(jù)。
5. 具有較好的商業(yè)Sense和邏輯推理能力，善于從商業(yè)角度解讀數(shù)據(jù)，能推動數(shù)據(jù)分析結果落地。
6. 熟悉保險業(yè)務，精算定價，風險管理等優(yōu)先。
