1.負責平臺產(chǎn)品運營數(shù)據(jù)分析和負責網(wǎng)站流量統(tǒng)計分析，建立分析模型，撰寫分析報告。
2、負責用戶行為數(shù)據(jù)建模，分析網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品及用戶行為，并對網(wǎng)站產(chǎn)品提出策劃方案；通過數(shù)據(jù)分析，形成轉(zhuǎn)化率提高的可行性優(yōu)化解決方案。
3、負責網(wǎng)站業(yè)務流程數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換模型和分析報告，能夠?qū)I(yè)務運作特點提出自己的數(shù)據(jù)采集分析解決方案。
4、基于數(shù)據(jù)分析對網(wǎng)站運營提出改進意見建議。
5、以客戶二次購買率、客單價、客戶體驗為核心建模，分析業(yè)務的可持續(xù)性增長，提出業(yè)務改善建議。
 6、其他相關產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)、運營數(shù)據(jù)、收益及結(jié)算等各類數(shù)據(jù)分析。

1、計算機、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)學、信息技術本科及以上學歷。
2、3年以上B2B或B2C垂直電商網(wǎng)站相關工作經(jīng)歷， 有高層決策支持經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先，有互聯(lián)網(wǎng)相關行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先考慮
3、具備網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析的經(jīng)驗和技巧，實際做過網(wǎng)站數(shù)據(jù)分析，熟練使用：sas、spss、excel，comScore、Omniture、WebTrends、Google Analytics；有網(wǎng)絡營銷經(jīng)驗，在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司或咨詢公司從事過數(shù)據(jù)分析工作，或者網(wǎng)站后臺管理及監(jiān)測工作
4、熟練獨立編寫商業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)分析報告，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)和分析其中隱含的變化和問題；對商業(yè)和業(yè)務邏輯敏感，良好的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度
5、有進取精神，善于面對壓力；有較強的分析和解決問題能力，良好的快速學習的能力； 善于溝通和邏輯表達，良好的團隊合作意識。
