主要職責(zé)：
-          提供決策科學(xué)支持下通過基于項目工作與相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)團隊密切合作
-          代碼建模和執(zhí)行統(tǒng)計分析預(yù)測客戶行為
-          直接與業(yè)務(wù)團隊合作提供定制的決策科學(xué)的解決方案
-          業(yè)務(wù)問題轉(zhuǎn)化為可管理的部分：應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計過程和決策科學(xué)工具來開發(fā)可行的業(yè)務(wù)解決方案,包括但不限于:決策樹，記分卡和其他回歸技術(shù)和優(yōu)化。
-          制定和實施決策工具,包括響應(yīng)模型、集群、協(xié)同過濾
-          使用統(tǒng)計過程來識別損失,增長和盈利的主要因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)問題/尋求業(yè)務(wù)機會
-          優(yōu)化多個模型,制定選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及相關(guān)策略在客戶生命周期里來協(xié)助銷售促銷和營銷活動
-          從統(tǒng)計學(xué)的結(jié)論解釋，,為成功實現(xiàn)跨職能協(xié)作環(huán)境提供業(yè)務(wù)解決方案
-          開發(fā)新的建模方法并執(zhí)行常規(guī)診斷評估模型表現(xiàn)
 
技能要求(預(yù)測分析員):
-          學(xué)士或碩士或同等學(xué)歷,統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、操作研究, 或相關(guān)量化領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先。很強的數(shù)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計背景
-          1 - 2年的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(理想情況下電子商務(wù)、技術(shù)、消費金融、電信、零售)和/或?qū)W術(shù)領(lǐng)域與良好的創(chuàng)新研究背景，有洞察力的見解和實現(xiàn)工具生成/流程交付前端業(yè)務(wù)的結(jié)果追蹤能力
-          至少2年的數(shù)據(jù)挖掘經(jīng)驗,構(gòu)建和實施各種統(tǒng)計模型
-          精通SAS-EG SAS-EM
-          良好的理解特別是相關(guān)技術(shù)工具來分析數(shù)據(jù)和建模。
-          良好的書面和口頭溝通能力
 
Business Analytics Modeller (Location: Working in Shanghai)
Responsibilities
·         Provide Decision Sciences support to DBS retail banking businesses through project-based work under very close collaboration with local BU teams.
·         Code models and perform statistical analysis to predict customer behavior (e.g. campaign response, usage and attrition) in full range of consumer banking products
·         Work directly with client teams to deliver customized Decision Sciences solutions.
·         Translate business problems into manageable pieces; apply statistical procedures and decision sciences tools to develop actionable business solutions; Including, but not limited to: Decision trees. Scorecards and other regression techniques and optimization.
·         Develop and implement decision tools including response models, clusters, collaborative Filtering
·         Use statistical procedures to identifying drivers of losses, growth and profitability of consumer loan portfolio, and to highlight business issues / opportunities
·         Optimize multiple models, develop selection criteria as well as related strategies to assist sales promotions and marketing campaigns across customer lifecycle
·         Interpret statistical conclusion into business solution and collaborate for successful implementation in a cross-functional environment
·         Develop new modeling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to assess model performance
 
Skill Requirement(Predictive Modeller):
·         B.S. or Masters or equivalent degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operation Research, or equivalent quantitative fields preferred. Strong mathematical and statistics background
·         1-2 years of  experience in industry (ideally ecommerce, technology, consumer banking, telecoms, retail ) and/or academia with demonstrated track record of innovative research and insight generation and implementation of insights into tools/processes delivering front end business results
·         At least 2 years of data mining on large amount of data, building and implementing various statistical models
·         Proficient in SAS-EG , SAS-EM
·         Good understanding of technology tools especially those related to analytics, data & modelling.
·         Good written and oral communication skills
