職位描述
1、根據(jù)公司海量數(shù)據(jù)，結合需求，搭建數(shù)據(jù)分析模型；    
2、根據(jù)具體業(yè)務需要,內部數(shù)據(jù)收集并進行深度挖掘，提供有價值的專項分析報告；    
3、根據(jù)關鍵指標搭建數(shù)據(jù)報表，并對關鍵指標進行有效監(jiān)控；    
4、針對項目進展，組織和抓取關聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)并提出分析報告，監(jiān)控項目運營情況；    
5、定期梳理數(shù)據(jù)報表，確保數(shù)據(jù)報表有效性    
7、協(xié)助部門經理進行數(shù)據(jù)平臺和報表平臺的建設    
任職要求：    
1、 本科及以上學歷；2年以上相關工作經驗    
2、 包括但不限于市場、營銷、客服等業(yè)務部門提供運營數(shù)據(jù)，作為運營分析    
2、極具數(shù)據(jù)敏感度，有很強的數(shù)據(jù)處理、分析能力；    
3、精通excel、PPT，熟練使用SPSS、SAS、R等統(tǒng)計分析軟件，熟悉SQL語言，有數(shù)據(jù)建模經驗；    
4、具備良好的溝通協(xié)調、理解能力，可快速理解和把握業(yè)務需求；    
5、具備很強的執(zhí)行能力，團隊合作精神
