經(jīng)常遇到這樣的問題：現(xiàn)有字符串中，如何替換指定的部分字符，例如有大量電話號(hào)碼，現(xiàn)需要將這些號(hào)碼最后四位替換為****，該如何做呢？類似的問題和使用場(chǎng)景有很多，如果你的行記錄有幾千幾萬(wàn)條，那么，如何利用Excel函數(shù)批量處理就必須要掌握了。

Excel中replace函數(shù)的使用

用一句話概括replace函數(shù)：替換指定位置和數(shù)量的舊字符，是常見的excel字符函數(shù)之一，應(yīng)用較廣，實(shí)用性很強(qiáng)。

Excel提供的函數(shù)參數(shù)為：

=Replace(old_text,start_num,num_chars，new_text)

=Replace（原字符串，開始位置，替換個(gè)數(shù)，替換成字符）

舉個(gè)例子：

為保護(hù)隱私，請(qǐng)將電話號(hào)碼18502918888最后4為進(jìn)行模糊化處理，替換為****。

=Replace（原字符串，開始位置，替換個(gè)數(shù)，替換成字符）

=Replace（A1，8，4，”****”）

 

Excel中substitute函數(shù)的使用

用一句話概括substitute函數(shù)：替換第n次重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的舊字符。例如“SPPS教程”，由于錄入出錯(cuò)，原本應(yīng)該是“SPSS教程”，現(xiàn)在需要將錯(cuò)誤的第二個(gè)“P”替換為“S”，該怎么辦？這時(shí)候substitute函數(shù)最為適用。

Excel提供的函數(shù)參數(shù)為：

=Substitute (text, old_text, new_text, [instance_num])

=Replace（原字符串，錯(cuò)誤字符，正確字符，第n次出現(xiàn)的替換）

例如上面SPSS案例：

=Replace（原字符串，錯(cuò)誤字符，正確字符，第n次出現(xiàn)的替換）

=Replace（A1,”P”,”S”,2）

將目前出錯(cuò)的SPPS中，第2次出現(xiàn)的P替換為S。
