Purpose of the Position:
Provides support to the overall business reporting process by executing on data analysis, governance activities, data gathering, and ad-hoc manual report generation exercises. Do this in order to improve the quality of reports as well as develop reports and analysis to management that will provide the necessary insights in order to make business decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor the data requests queue in order to respond to requests in a timely, standardized, and customer service-oriented manner. Provide support on data requests and generate ad-hoc reports, as needed.

2. Support the Data Governance process by following all data procedures, monitoring data quality, identifying data issues and recommending solutions. Identify and document new process improvement opportunities. Do this in order to maintain high quality of data.

3. Develop and maintain periodic reports, in order to meet business needs and ensure the accuracy of the underlying data. These reports will include the monthly Company Statistics report, as well as other SSRS and Excel reports needed by the business.
為了滿足業(yè)務(wù)需要開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)周期性報(bào)表。包括現(xiàn)有的公司月度統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表和其他的SSRS報(bào)表和Excel報(bào)表。
4. In order to support company projects and management requests, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and develop ongoing reports using reporting and statistical tools.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above (preferable majors: math, statistics, information technology ), 2-3 years working experience  is preferred
2. Proficient computer skills (especially in Excel, SQL, Charts)
3. Detail-oriented & Customer service orientation 
4. Good communication skills & problem solving skills
5. Excellent logical and analytical capabilities
6. Intermediate English skills ( verbal and written )
