崗位要求：
1.負(fù)責(zé)項目的需求調(diào)研、數(shù)據(jù)分析、商業(yè)分析和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型等； 
2.參與數(shù)據(jù)分析需求的調(diào)研、分析及實現(xiàn)；
3.參與數(shù)據(jù)挖掘模型的構(gòu)建、維護、部署和評估；
4.大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，統(tǒng)計、會計、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、和數(shù)據(jù)挖掘相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先 
5.精通SQL，熟練使用Access，Excel等工具，數(shù)據(jù)庫相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗3年以上； 
6.熟悉數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)分析、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘，并熟知常用算法；
7.具備數(shù)據(jù)敏感性、良好的邏輯思維能力和良好口頭表達能力，具備較強的統(tǒng)計分析能力、問題分析與解決的能力；
8.良好的邏輯思維、溝通表達及組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，善于用簡單語言描述復(fù)雜結(jié)論。
