數(shù)據(jù)透視表堪稱是EXCEL最強大的功能了，是一種交互式的表，可以進行某些計算，如求和與計數(shù)等。所進行的計算與數(shù)據(jù)跟數(shù)據(jù)透視表中的排列有關。之所以稱為數(shù)據(jù)透視表，是因為可以動態(tài)地改變它們的版面布置，以便按照不同方式分析數(shù)據(jù)，也可以重新安排行號、列標和頁字段。每一次改變版面布置時，數(shù)據(jù)透視表會立即按照新的布置重新計算數(shù)據(jù)。另外，如果原始數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)生更改，則可以更新數(shù)據(jù)透視表。下面跟小編一起來看一下，數(shù)據(jù)透視表的制作過程吧。

操作步驟

再進行操作之前首先要準備好需要分析的數(shù)據(jù)。例如Excel表格、數(shù)據(jù)清單、外部數(shù)據(jù)源、或者1其他的數(shù)據(jù)透視表。這些源數(shù)據(jù)表都必須滿足一個基本要求：符合數(shù)據(jù)庫設計的第一范式，在Excel中具體表現(xiàn)為，不能對表頭的任一單元格進行合并(或拆分)。當然所有存放數(shù)據(jù)的列、行必須是連續(xù)的。

1、創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)透視表：選中數(shù)據(jù)源表中的任意一個單元格,選擇菜單“插入”-數(shù)據(jù)透視表下面的“數(shù)據(jù)透視表和數(shù)據(jù)透視圖”,在彈出的“創(chuàng)建數(shù)據(jù)透視表”向?qū)Т翱谥羞x擇數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)域-勾選“現(xiàn)有工作表”-點擊“確定”。

2、選擇需要的報表字段，用鼠標左鍵點住不放，拖入右邊的行坐標和數(shù)值區(qū)域

3、對數(shù)值區(qū)域的字段進行修改，選擇字段后邊的小三角形，點擊“值字段設置”進行修改。

4、關閉報表，匯總結(jié)果就出來了
