Job Description 職位描述:
* Design and execute full data analysis & statistical modelling starting from raw data.
  從原始數(shù)據(jù)中設(shè)計(jì)及執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)分析及統(tǒng)計(jì)建模。
* Develop data analytics within consulting projects to address consumer needs and opportunities.
  根據(jù)咨詢項(xiàng)目的客戶需求進(jìn)行完整明確的數(shù)據(jù)開發(fā)。
* Use and provide analysed data to assist customers in developing sales, marketing and customer insights.
  使用并提供分析后的數(shù)據(jù)協(xié)助客戶在銷售，市場(chǎng)及戰(zhàn)略方面提供深度見解。
* Coordinate with individuals or teams to complete analyses, task and projects on time with high quality.
  與個(gè)人及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作，以高質(zhì)量完成數(shù)據(jù)分析報(bào)告。
Requirements  職位要求:
*  Master Degree is strong preferred from top university major in Data Mining, Statistics, Applied Mathematics. Bachelor degree also considered (with in depth experiences).
   碩士學(xué)歷為首選，并畢業(yè)于國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀大學(xué)專業(yè)為數(shù)據(jù)分析，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)，信息科學(xué)，應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)等背景。本科學(xué)歷應(yīng)具備豐富的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
*  At least 1+ year of in depth experiences Statistics and data mining background through demonstrable skill in use of R or RStudio, as well as basic experience in data visualization (Tableau). Comfortable in dealing with large datasets and designing and executing data mining tasks. Previous experience in Customer / Loyalty / Shopper insights strongly welcomed.
   至少一年以上深度運(yùn)用R或RSTUDIO 進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)、同樣具備基礎(chǔ)的數(shù)據(jù)可視化數(shù)據(jù)分析經(jīng)驗(yàn)（Tableau）及處理大型數(shù)據(jù)集，熟練地運(yùn)用大數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)并設(shè)計(jì)及執(zhí)行數(shù)據(jù)挖掘等任務(wù)。有在顧客/忠誠(chéng)度/購(gòu)物者等以往項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)中進(jìn)行過數(shù)據(jù)分析的經(jīng)驗(yàn)可視為核心加分項(xiàng)。
*  Practical and creative mind-set, able to “invent” and proactively make decisions. Not afraid of “blank page” situations.
   具有實(shí)用及創(chuàng)新的想法，能夠運(yùn)用自身獨(dú)到的想法從而做出決定，無懼新項(xiàng)目挑戰(zhàn)等。
*  Fluent English with Good communication skills.
   良好的中英語(yǔ)溝通能力
